Yes. We offer several discounted options based on the number of courses registered:
- When registering for three (3) or more courses, the rate is $329 per course, representing a $50 savings per course.
- When registering for five (5) or more courses, the rate is $299 per course, representing an $80 savings per course.
- We also offer a bundled package rate of $1,119 when registering for all four courses in the Guardian’s Ascent Leadership Development Program at once. This represents a $397 savings compared to individual course registration.
Guardian Leadership offers several hosting options designed to provide flexibility and value:
Host a Standard Open Course
- A minimum of fifteen (15) paid registrations is required to confirm the course
- Once confirmed, the host agency receives three (3) complimentary seats
- Additional host-agency registrations are available at a discounted rate of $279 per participant (standard registration rate is $379)
Sponsor the Program
- Flat rate of $4,999 per course
- Includes up to 25 participants (effective rate of $199 per participant)
- Sponsorship confirms the course; no minimum student registration threshold is required
- The course remains open to outside registrations
Purchase the Program
- Exclusive, closed-session delivery for the agency
- Allows customization and flexible delivery formats
- Pricing varies based on class size, delivery structure, and scheduling
Host agencies must provide a suitable training space with appropriate seating and audiovisual capability, and space appropriate for professional training and interactive sessions.

Yes. If you previously participated in Guardian’s Path and still need to complete one or more classes, you can continue and complete what you started through our updated leadership program, The Guardian’s Ascent.
Any courses completed as part of Guardian’s Path will be applied toward the equivalent courses in The Guardian’s Ascent. Here’s how the transition works:

Counts toward: Developing the Leader Within You - Leading Others or Leading Teams
Counts toward: Developing the Leaders Around You - Leading the Organization & Culture
Counts toward: Developing a Culture of Leadership Excellence
This allows you to complete what you started while participating in our updated leadership program.

Cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the training will receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee for credit card transactions where applicable.
Cancellations received 3–10 business days prior to the training will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the training, as well as no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount.
As a courtesy, payments made on canceled registrations may be applied as a credit toward a future Guardian Leadership training course within one year of the cancellation date, subject to course availability. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Registration substitutions may be made at any time.
Guardian Leadership reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions in extraordinary circumstances.
Yes. Participants receive a course completion certificate for each course successfully completed. Individuals who complete all four courses in the Guardian’s Ascent Leadership Development Program are additionally recognized with our signature Guardian Leader Award.
