Training Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 10 business days prior to the training class will receive a full refund less a 5% processing fee for credit card transactions. Cancellations 3-10 business days prior to the training class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days prior to the training class, and no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount. As a courtesy, payments made on canceled orders can be applied towards a future Guardian Leadership training course within one year of the cancellation date.
Registration substitutions can be made at any time. Please note that if you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.
