Training Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received 10 or more business days prior to the training will receive a full refund, less a 5% processing fee for credit card transactions where applicable.
Cancellations received 3–10 business days prior to the training will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to the training, as well as no-shows, are subject to payment for the full amount.

As a courtesy, payments made on canceled registrations may be applied as a credit toward a future Guardian Leadership training course within one year of the cancellation date, subject to course availability. Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Registration substitutions may be made at any time. If you do not cancel or do not attend, you are responsible for payment.

Guardian Leadership reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions in extraordinary circumstances.
